When dogs meet, so do their owners. These two owners look on, proudly, politely and with big smiles on their faces. A 'Hello' that took place near the gardens opposite the Place des Moulins in Monaco.

I have often seen the dog on the left being walked on boulevard d'Italie (not far from the Place des Moulins). I wonder whether the dogs are discussing wrought iron doorways or Fernando Pensato shoes ?
