I've listed this dog as an Old English Sheepdog although it's certainly only partly that - near enough tho for the purposes of this blog. I don't know if it's a he or a she but what a lovely dog - patiently waiting for the owner inside the Menton bus station, on a rather hot summer's day.

When I was a child, I read a book about a OES that was pure white. . .The family in the book named him "Shreddy," short for Shredded Coconut. Everytime I see an OES, it reminds me of that.
I hope he had a bowl of water on a hot day!
That face looks like he/she is about to get into some mischief...or is looking for a pond of water to jump into! :)
His(?) tongue supports your comment about the warmth of the day. And the dog is a real "looker!"
