He seems to be reaching for something. I wonder what it is?
Glenda, he was continually pulling on his lead, sniffing everywhere. His owners weren't even aware as they were watching the parade. Perhaps he could smell something just of reach and perhaps that is just as well!
I can understand this pup, I love to see confetti I think it is a sign of happiness.
