Setters always make me think of models or beautiful film stars and they always know they are beautiful too. Maggie is more than happy to pose, to show her profile and most of all, to look sad - when she's not!Maggie is a 4 year old Red and White Irish setter who lives in Monaco.
I hate to say it, but it would fit. She is so very beautiful, and it is my understanding the the Irish Setter is not the brightest pup on the block.

ReplyDeleteOur dear Siopao was a mixed breed (probably half Spitz, but I don't know for sure) and had eyes just like Maggie's.

I don't think I'm ready to get another dog just now, but when I am, I just might take your advice. I only know of one shelter in Metro Manila and thankfully, it is quite near where we live and work.
Beautiful dog - I myself breed IRWS and they are VERY INTELLIGENT, so are the Irish Setters, make no mistake about it. What I would like to know is who this beautiful Maggie is in her pedigree name?

ReplyDeleteI don't know the answer to that. She is a lovely dog I look after 'en pension' from time to time. Next time she comes to stay I'll ask the owner.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dog.... and I love that coat. Looks to be extremely soft, shiny and silky, very lovely but a real handful for grooming purposes.
