There's a Fair on in Menton at the moment and this dog was tied up at the back of one of the rides waiting for his owner to close down for the day. Note the one blue and one brown eye.

One does sometimes see that in dogs.
I don't like seeing a dog tied up like this, but I suppose it's necessary under the circumstances. Surely he'd rather be there than left behind at home.
I am with Petrea ... I do not like to see a dog tied up but .... its better than him being a stray!
