Hypso

The unmistakeable look of a Border Collie - kind, intelligent, always wanting to please and crazy about a tennis ball.  The work of this beautiful dog who lives in Gorbio - he's called Hypso - is to round up the ducks at night and get them into their sleeping quarters.

The dog who loves olives

Ambra love olives - and for a dog that enjoys life on the French and Italian rivieras, that's normal!  And of course her 'papa' removes the olive stone first.

Milly

Milly belongs to friends of mine who live in Villefranche-Sur-Mer. She has to be one of the calmest, most adorable Springer Spaniels I've ever met and she's only 8 months old.

This fierce looking Bull Terrier is actually a real 'softie' - I met Hisis in Castellar although she lives in Monaco.  She's three and a half years old.

Loona - ever young

She looks a puppy, doesn't she? In fact this little Maltese Terrier is 11 years old! She's called Loona and lives in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.  Loona was in Gorbio village for the Blessing of the Animals.

Touchka

Safe, between her Papa's legs.  This is Touchka, on holiday in this area from Bordeaux.  She's five and a half and is a Cavalier mix - probably with a Shihtzu looking at those teeth!  What a cutie!

Heavenly Beauty

Siberian Huskies are always eye-catching with those amazing eyes but this one entranced me. She was in Gorbio for the Blessing of the Animals.  She's called Heaven and is 4 years old and lives in the Seine-Maritimes region of France.
